Warriors Futbol Club Mission: Players First

The Warriors Futbol Club, known as Warriors FC, is a nonprofit organization that was formed in 1999 to provide a higher level of soccer development for our youth. The club is based in Waldwick, NJ. Players try out for Warriors FC age-based teams in the Spring each year. Those who are selected are taught advanced soccer skills by the club’s trained and certified coaches and play throughout the Fall and Spring seasons, competing against high level teams from across the region. Warriors FC believes in developing our youth in preparation for competitive play in High School, as well as teaching life-long leadership and teamwork skills.

Parent Coaching Responsibilities

• Manage team communication via TeamSnap
• Keep TeamSnap updated with practice, game schedules, tournaments and team functions
• Schedule TBS games
• Manage the gameday administrative responsibilities
• Serve as assistant coach in practice and be prepared to coach games when Red Bull coach is not available
• Connect the team with the club by reinforcing key club information and programs. Drive team engagement in WFC club-wide contests, events, and social media
• Maintain team equipment on game day: 2 game balls, medical kit and ice packs
• Coordinate voluntary offseason activities

Detailed Responsibilities

Lightning Sensor Instructions

• When lightning is detected a siren will loud.
• After the siren a light will blink from the senor.
• Everyone must go to a car while the light is blinking.
• Play cannot resume until the siren sounds a second time.
• NOTE: If you arrive to the field and the light is blinking everyone must remain in a car until the siren louds.
